Would not think about staying anywhere else when in the area.

We had a warm welcome from the first minute, being greeted with tea and freshly baked cake. The room was lovely and contained everything that one could wish for, for a pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable and we always had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, freshly made and not the slightest bit greasy. We'd love to come again-the area is very quiet. Jackie and Colin are lovely people and such good hosts. Thank you.

What a great stay at Blue Waters. Colin and Jackie were really friendly hosts who could not do enough for us. What we liked was all the little things and touches they did to make your stay so welcome. We loved the breakfasts which are the best we have had in this country. We would recommend this guest house to anyone and would love to go back in the future.

Our 2nd visit this year, arrived Saturday the 22nd, was meant to go home Wednesday the 26th, but extended our stay till Friday the 28th, lovely Bed and Breakfast. Colin and Jackie perfect hosts, nothing too much trouble, Snoopy the resident dog an adorable little character. Would recommend to any body, will definitely be staying again, Leave your car parked during your stay, take advantage of the trains, a stone throw away, £10 Devon Ranger, hop on and off anywhere in Devon, well worth the money. Proper Job, Tickety Boo, Happy Days. Keep up the good work Colin and Jackie, see you again in the future. big kiss to Snoopy.

Lovely friendly couple Jackie and Colin, love Snoopy their dog. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was the best! so much choice and everything hot. Greeted after we settled in with tea and cakes. The room was spotless, attention to detail with tea making facilities and everything you could think of was there. The bathroom was just lovely, lots of things to help you enjoy your stay. We were with two other couples for 3 nights. The best B & B you could wish for. Colin made us laugh most days with his comments 'Happy Days I would say it was definitely a 'proper job'.

We had a lovely stay with Jackie and Colin they made us very welcome and when we arrived made us a pot of tea with a piece of cake which was a lovely thought. The room was lovely very clean and tidy with a shower ensuite. The breakfast was very good with a great choice. We had a good nights sleep and the room was very quiet. We will definitely recommend staying here and will be back to stay ourselves when we next go to Paignton.
